Terms/Cond

Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware, equipment and Linen Hire please read terms and conditions carefully




1. All orders must be checked and any missing items must be reported immediately. Claims will not be considered if we are not notified within 12 hours of collection/delivery.

2. Any breakages, damage or loss of crockery, cutlery, glassware, equipment and linen will be charged at cost. The hirer is responsible for equipment from the time of delivery to you or time of collection from our premises until the equipment is returned. Once out of our possession items are not covered by our insurance and hirers are strongly advised to take out the relevant cover with their own insurers.

3. Prices are valid as per quote and signed order form.

4. A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of total order is payable on placing an official order. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the hire date.

5. At least 7 days notice must be given to cancel an order, otherwise the full cost of the order will be payable.

6. The hire period is for three days. If an extended hire is required please ask for a quote.

7. If goods are to be delivered there is a minimum delivery charge of £5.00 plus 50p per mile delivery & collection charge.

8. A refundable fee of 20% (£10 min) of total order is payable on final invoice to cover the cost of any breakages which may occur.
